Shipping Costs (UK)

We offer Free Standard UK Delivery on all orders over £50. For orders under £50, standard delivery charges apply.

If returned items reduce your retained order value below £50, the original delivery cost will be deducted from your refund.

Processing Time

Processing time: 1–2 working days Orders are processed Monday–Friday during standard business hours.

We work with a network of trusted international fulfilment partners, which allows us to offer a wide range of products at competitive prices.

UK Delivery (Royal Mail / Evri final‑mile delivery): 5–12 working days

International Delivery: 4–22 working days (varies by destination and fulfilment location)

Tracking Information

Tracking information is provided for all orders once dispatched. You will receive your tracking number by email as soon as your parcel has been shipped.

Delivery Time Exceeded

If your delivery time has exceeded the estimated timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate with the courier.

Lost Parcels

A parcel is considered lost after 30 days from the date it is reported missing. This allows us to complete a full investigation with the courier and fulfilment partner.
