Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot refund items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

If your retained order value falls below the £50 free‑delivery threshold, the original delivery cost will be deducted from your refund

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or colour, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
